smaller room missing part
the breakfast included a wide range of options.
the room felt smaller than expected from the photos online. also, the in-room coffee maker was missing a part (the carafe, naturally) so i could not actually make any coffee. asking for a replacement part took hours, and i had to follow up multiple times.

The location is central with good communications.
The cleaning service was subpar. They have charges that they did not inform guests about. I was surprised to see extra costs added to my bill at checkout.

tranquil and clean stay
quiet room comfortable bed chatty receptionist
The room was very quiet. I appreciated that (i am sensitive to noise). the bed provided the best sleep i've had in a hotel. i also enjoyed the receptionist being both happy and chatty during my checkout.
the shower was a little small.

the superior double room included an extra bed and felt spacious. towel and bedding smelt very clean. the room's cleanliness contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable stay (a small detail , made a big difference).

clean room good breakfast useful location outside noise room wear small charge
I found the location quite useful, it was near public transport options. i also noted the cleanliness of the room. breakfast offered a decent selection. The food was good.
the hotel lacked soundproofing and i could hear outside noise. i observed some wear and tear in the room that needs attention. the coffee in the morning came with a small charge.
